Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by preparing real food by hand each day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers. We offer comprehensive training for various positions including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items by hand using Chipotle's methods and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate at several stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo as trained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant to meet health standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to assist customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Effective communication in the primary language(s) of the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging between $18.25 and $19.25, subject to experience, education, and local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year.
