Role Overview
The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer assistance, promoting a wide range of jewellery products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for all customers at Mahadev Jewellers in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer helpful and courteous support to customers visiting the store.
- Effectively promote jewellery items to boost sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, special requests, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Participate in promotional activities, including events for festivals, product launches, and sales campaigns.
