Role Summary
The counsellor will engage with students and prospective applicants primarily through phone communications, to offer detailed information about available educational courses and programs. The aim is to assist candidates in understanding their options and guiding them through the admission and enrollment processes in an educational training environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communication with students and their guardians regarding educational offerings.
- Provide clear and precise information about courses, career trajectories, and opportunities.
- Address queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Accurately document conversations and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with admissions and placement teams to help meet recruitment targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone speaking abilities.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Eagerness to learn counseling and career advisory practices.
