Copywriter

Position Overview

This full-time role offers remote work flexibility, with an option to work from coworking spaces in Metro Manila. We're seeking a Copywriter capable of transforming strategic plans into compelling, authentic brand language. You will craft content across diverse formats including websites, social media, taglines, and overall brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine brand voice and messaging aligned with strategic goals and target audiences.
• Produce copy for various formats such as websites, social media, pitch decks, brand guidelines, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on developing brand names, taglines, positioning statements, and storytelling.
• Convert creative directions and design concepts into supportive and complementary written content.
• Partner closely with leadership to establish and maintain copy systems for clients.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of writing experience in agency, freelance, or in-house roles.
• Ability to write across tones while maintaining clarity and a human touch.
• Skilled at refining initial ideas into sharp, effective copy.
• Insightful about branding encompassing story and emotional resonance, beyond just design.
• Welcomes constructive feedback, proactive in questioning, and contributes original ideas.
• Capable of working solo yet thrives in collaborative creative environments.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Experience creating brand strategy documents or pitch decks.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers and interpreting visual context.
• Background in brand naming, campaigns, or creative direction is advantageous.
