Circle K is seeking a Cook for its Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador location at Store 6002937Q, 300 Trans Canada Highway. This role involves preparing meals, managing inventory for food supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and premises, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Primary Responsibilities

• Cooking and meal preparation
• Purchasing and inventory tracking for food items
• Performing various food preparation tasks
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and premises in accordance with standards
• Following internal procedures and food safety compliance

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar cooking role
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative and resourcefulness
• Capable of operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining enjoyment
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Possesses drive, motivation, and a positive attitude
• Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Food safety training certification
• Post-secondary education in culinary arts
• Willingness to learn and maintain a fun work environment
