Team Overview
ModelArk is BytePlus’ model-as-a-service platform, built to deliver secure and cost-efficient capabilities such as model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. It supports ByteDance proprietary models including Seedance and Seed 2.0, along with widely used open-source models.

The team is looking for someone who believes in AGI, understands AI technologies, and wants to help shape the future through AI models.
Role Summary
This role focuses on supporting the global expansion of ModelArk’s LLM offerings. You will lead content strategy for the product and work closely with teams such as Marketing and Sales to create clear, localized, and market-relevant materials for different regions.
What You’ll Do
- Drive content strategy for ModelArk’s large language model business across global markets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches of new models and related initiatives.
- Create sales materials and other enablement content for internal teams.
- Refine and adapt customer success stories so they resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and deliver localized marketing activities that fit regional cultures and preferred channels.
- Research the LLM product landscape in depth and keep track of worldwide market movements.
- Turn market findings into practical recommendations that help shape product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of global LLM service ecosystems, generative AI trends, and real-world application areas.
Preferred Background
- Experience in marketing, product management, operations, or solution consulting is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to the AI industry is a plus.
- Ability to gather first-hand insights through technical reading, product testing, demo building, and customer interviews.
