Key Responsibilities

• Process various customer, account, and transaction-related requests following predefined procedures and service levels.
• Review, examine, and validate requests originating from customers, financial institutions, internal units, and partners.
• Manage operational tasks including application processing, account maintenance, document verification, record updating, correspondence management, copy requests, imaging, handling returned mail, card administration, accounting assistance, and settlement functions.
• Ensure thorough verification of customer details and documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update customer records timely and accurately per business requirements.
• Detect discrepancies, potential risks, errors, or exceptions, escalating unresolved issues to relevant teams.
• Document all actions, decisions, and processing activities in designated systems comprehensively.
• Achieve targeted levels of productivity, accuracy, quality, compliance, and turnaround time while upholding operational excellence standards.
• Use multiple software systems and workflow tools to complete core tasks and address operational questions.
• Contribute to projects including process improvements, testing activities, and business continuity plans.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory standards, information security, and data privacy mandates.
• Collaborate constructively with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
