Responsibilities

• Support nationwide project operations across Marketing, Business, People, and Technology Transformations.
• Participate actively in digital transformation engagements with direct client communication, presentation of results, and workshop facilitation, occasionally on clients’ premises.
• Contribute to internal company growth by leading (Visiting) Consultants and engaging in internal initiatives.
• Join a highly skilled and diverse team with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Develop new client acquisition strategies with significant autonomy.

Compensation

Your salary will reflect individual success and company development, ranging from €70,000 to €75,000 annually, including variable components, benefits, and personal development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in strategic consulting roles from Tier 1, Tier 2, specialized boutiques, or in-house consulting.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, strategic planning and implementation of new technologies/AI, change management, communication, marketing and sales strategies, and/or program and project management with significant change elements.
• Outstanding academic credentials (Master's degree or equivalent), ideally complemented by relevant certifications or further training.
• Strong motivation, ambition, creative problem-solving, analytic capabilities, and alignment with the company's mission.
• Extensive experience managing project teams of two or more consultants as well as interns.
