Job Overview
The Construction / Site Supervisor role at Ray Infraprojects Private Limited involves overseeing all on-site civil construction activities with emphasis on both the structural and finishing stages. The role acts as a key liaison between project management and labor teams ensuring all work complies with design and quality standards.
Structural Phase Responsibilities
- Supervise tasks including excavation, foundation work, concrete pouring, and steel reinforcement installation.
- Accurately interpret and implement structural engineering and architectural plans.
- Coordinate placement and operation of heavy machinery along with material handling logistics.
- Perform quality assurance and mandatory safety tests to maintain structural integrity.
Finishing Phase Responsibilities
- Manage finishing activities such as block-work, internal and external plastering, and application of waterproof coatings.
- Oversee installation of flooring, marble and tile laying, and construction of false ceilings.
- Supervise painting works, wall panel fitting, façade setup, and all related joinery tasks.
- Collaborate with MEP teams to coordinate concealed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work integration.
- Prepare and manage snag lists to ensure all defects are resolved prior to project handover.
