Description de l'emploi

Position Overview

Core Home is hiring a meticulous Compliance Coordinator to help manage product testing, compliance workflows, and issue resolution for national brand products. The role is focused on making sure required production tests and annual testing activities are completed correctly and within deadlines, while helping teams avoid delays, failed tests, and compliance exposure.

You will partner with Product Development, factories, overseas teams, and internal compliance stakeholders to keep product quality aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refresh production testing trackers for national brand and replenishment items.
  • Coordinate test submissions with external laboratories such as UL and other testing providers.
  • Prepare and file test samples, applications, and supporting paperwork.
  • Monitor testing timelines and step in early when delays or issues arise.
  • Assist the China team and factories in understanding and executing testing requirements.
  • Look into test failures with factories and determine the underlying causes.
  • Draft and submit Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for review and approval.
  • Work with compliance and QA teams on conditional approvals, running changes, and retest approvals.
  • Follow up with factories to confirm that corrective actions are carried out.
  • Oversee annual testing for replenishment products.
  • Request, review, and send required samples to labs for annual testing.
  • Prepare UL applications and any related documentation needed for annual testing.
  • Keep annual testing trackers current and ensure deadlines are met for ongoing product lines.
  • Handle customer complaints from Walmart.com and buyer teams across all categories.
  • Prepare CAP documents for buyer review and approval.
  • Share findings with account managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Confirm that factory corrective actions are applied to production and replenishment orders.

Skills & Experience

This role requires strong coordination, record-keeping, and follow-through. The ideal candidate can manage multiple timelines, work comfortably with data in Excel, and communicate clearly with factories and cross-functional partners. Experience in QA, compliance, product testing, or supply chain coordination is important, and prior exposure to consumer goods, housewares, or electronics is preferred.

Additional Experience Preferred

Experience with third-party labs such as UL, SGS, or Intertek is a plus. Familiarity with CAPA or corrective action workflows, retail compliance environments such as Walmart or Amazon, and basic product safety or regulatory concepts will be helpful.
