SANY Saudi Arabia invites applications for the position of Debt Collection Specialist to be based in Jeddah. This role involves frequent travel across various cities in Saudi Arabia to perform on-site debt collection, making it a great opportunity for proactive individuals who excel in customer engagement and collections management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to customers to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of accounts to guarantee collections are achieved as scheduled.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate payment processes smoothly.
• Negotiate repayment plans and efficiently resolve any issues related to collections.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of collection activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assist collection efforts and address disputes effectively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this position.
• At least five years of debt collection experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven success in managing customer collections and reaching collection objectives.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across different cities in Saudi Arabia as business demands.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluency in Arabic is essential; native speaker preferred.
• Strong command of English is required; knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of performing field duties, including customer visits and follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Work Location

Position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with expectation of travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
