FutureSight invites an entrepreneurial leader to join as Co-Founder & CEO of Omnex, an innovative AI-first operating system designed for multi-channel e-commerce sellers. This role is a true founder partnership offering significant equity, distinct from conventional salaried executive positions.

Sellers juggling Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms must navigate multiple dashboards, reconcile inconsistent data, and make numerous operational choices daily across pricing, inventory, advertising, fulfillment, and customer service domains.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product market positioning
• Drive customer development activities including pilot projects with e-commerce sellers, converting pilots into paying customers, and developing a scalable go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver initial product versions and iterate based on user feedback
• Lead fundraising initiatives for the seed round with support from FutureSight’s network and traction metrics
• Recruit, manage, and inspire the founding team while establishing the company’s culture and values

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior founder experience at a venture-backed organization
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and customer engagement activities
• Expertise in fundraising, capable of crafting compelling investor narratives and closing investment deals
• Strong abilities in talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Insightful awareness of the challenges and demands associated with co-founding a venture-backed company
• Direct involvement in e-commerce, such as managing a multi-channel e-commerce business, marketing software for sellers, or developing tools at scale for e-commerce operators
• An established network within the e-commerce seller and logistics communities, including Amazon sellers, Shopify merchants, and third-party logistics partners
