Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified CNC Brake Press Operator to join our Coopers Plains facility. This full-time position offers stability and the opportunity to operate cutting-edge technology within a supportive workspace. The location is conveniently accessible via public transport with parking facilities onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Brake Press machinery proficiently.
- Interpret and analyze shop drawings accurately.
- Develop and implement machine programs.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and measure both in-process and completed components to ensure compliance.
- Support the trial and adoption of new processes and technological advancements.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or fabrication roles, particularly in operating CNC equipment.
- Possession of a forklift licence is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving aptitudes.
- Ability to work autonomously while upholding high quality standards.
- Completion of a Fabrication Trade certificate (Certificate III in Engineering) is preferred.
