Role Overview

The Clinical Training Manager for Vascular Aortic Intervention is tasked with designing, delivering, and reinforcing clinical training initiatives for employees, distributors, and customers in alignment with the specialty’s training objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Training - APAC, this position is essential in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance in training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with division leaders, various company functions, and operational units to maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical training content, processes, and priorities.
  • Support the creation of a training framework that aligns globally across specialties, while tailoring to local and regional regulatory requirements and necessities.
  • Engage regularly with the regional training team to develop, assess, and fulfill training and development goals; aid in training documentation efforts, which may require participation in meetings beyond usual working hours.
  • Continuously enhance regional clinical training strategies by monitoring relevant metrics, gathering feedback from clients and staff, addressing concerns and bridging any gaps efficiently.
  • Deliver in-field, classroom-based, and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge, clinical insights, business acumen, and sales techniques as assigned.

  • Ensure adherence to training-related processes and proper documentation of training activities in Cook Learn.
