Description de l'emploi
About MomentMD
MomentMD is a digital health platform created for colleges and universities. It brings together graduate healthcare learners in PA, Nursing, and Medicine with board-certified preceptors for supervised virtual clinical rotations, and it supports campus health services in delivering telemedicine care that strengthens diagnosis quality and patient outcomes. The company has already supported more than 200,000 clinical hours across 50+ university partners. The preceptor network is central to that work, and this role is responsible for managing it.
Role Overview
The Provider Network Recruiter oversees the complete lifecycle of the preceptor network: licensed clinicians who supervise students during clinical rotations. The job includes turning incoming provider applicants into credentialed and active preceptors, running focused outreach to cover hard-to-fill specialties and states, and keeping the network compliant, qualified, and engaged.
This is not a standard healthcare recruiting position. The easy part is filling an opening; the more demanding part is applying judgment to determine whether a provider meets the exact precepting rules for a given program and state, which can vary by profession, accreditor, and licensing board. If your background is high-volume sourcing but not credential verification against program requirements, this role will challenge you in a good way.
Core Responsibilities
- Act quickly on inbound provider interest, assess fit, and guide approved candidates through credentialing until they become active preceptors.
- Confirm licenses, specialty credentials, board certification, standing, and relevant experience against each graduate program’s and accreditor’s requirements; this is the central function of the role.
- Conduct targeted outbound sourcing to address specialty and geographic shortages where inbound applicants are not enough, focusing on relationship-building rather than high-volume contact.
- Track preceptor supply by specialty and state, compare it against partner demand, and keep an accurate view of network capacity and utilization.
- Strengthen retention by keeping preceptors engaged, compliant with documentation and feedback expectations, and more likely to remain active.
- Create documented, repeatable processes for recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, and retention so the workflow can scale beyond one person.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales to align available preceptor supply with incoming placement needs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider relations or network management, clinical operations, or medical staff services; this background is preferred over general recruiting experience.
- Ability to verify professional licenses and interpret credentialing and compliance rules with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to do outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn, and build trust with providers.
- Strong organization and process thinking, including the ability to create and maintain CRM trackers.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working independently and making decisions without constant supervision.
- Helpful bonus experience: clinical education, preceptorship, graduate health programs, telehealth, or interstate licensure compacts such as PSYPACT or the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting base salary is $60,000, plus a quarterly performance bonus worth $15,000 per year at target. The role offers remote/hybrid flexibility for candidates in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, along with PTO.
Additional Notes
This role gives you the chance to own and build a core business function at a fast-growing digital health company instead of taking over an existing playbook. The work also has direct impact on training the next generation of healthcare providers.
