About the Role
We seek experienced quantitative professionals to assist in training artificial intelligence models by evaluating AI-generated quantitative analyses, addressing technical challenges, and providing insightful feedback to improve AI reasoning concerning data, models, and scientific problems. Candidates with backgrounds in diverse quantitative disciplines such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, and operations research are encouraged to apply.
Upon registration, candidates undergo a brief assessment, serving as a screening interview. Successful candidates will receive confirmation and gain access to paid project opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Critically assess AI-produced quantitative outputs including statistical analyses, predictive models, scientific arguments, and data-driven conclusions for both technical soundness and practical applicability
- Craft and solve quantitative problems for AI training and benchmarking covering forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and statistical inference
- Compose clear technical documentation and write well-structured analytical code
- Offer constructive feedback pivotal to refining upcoming AI systems focused on numerical reasoning
Qualifications
- Over three years of hands-on experience in quantitative roles or research settings, including but not limited to data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, and operations research
- Practical coding skills with the ability to author and review thorough analytical codebases
- Knowledgeable in statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
- Fluent English proficiency at native or bilingual level with strong writing abilities
- A bachelor's degree in quantitative fields like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent preferred; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are advantageous
- Additional certifications or credentials (e.g., Kaggle rankings, AWS/GCP machine learning certifications) are beneficial

This is an independent contractor position limited to applicants residing in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. All payments are conducted through PayPal, which manages currency conversions from USD. No payment from applicants will ever be requested.
