About the Role
Join a leading professional network dedicated to fostering economic opportunities worldwide. As a Client Solutions Manager within the Marketing Solutions division, you will manage and nurture relationships with some of the largest and most complex clients. This role is hybrid, based in Chicago, IL, with opportunities also available in New York City or Washington D.C. Work will combine remote and on-site presence based on business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and deepen client relationships to thoroughly understand their businesses and goals, delivering exceptional customer engagement.
- Continuously analyze and optimize client marketing campaigns to provide strategic, actionable recommendations that align with their objectives.
- Offer guidance and training on audience targeting, campaign implementation, optimization techniques, and reporting processes.
- Utilize technology-driven marketing solutions focused on performance improvement.
- Advise clients on creative development and content strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide outstanding client education, including onboarding and tailored training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning sales, finance, technical support, product management, marketing, and insights to ensure flawless campaign execution and customer success.
- Serve as the clients' advocate by partnering with product teams to influence tools and processes meeting client needs.
- Support business growth through renewals, reactivations, and expansion efforts.
- Develop strategic plans in partnership with Account Executives to manage the client portfolio effectively.
- Leverage data and analytical insights to demonstrate advertising value, ROI, and recommend optimizations or additional investments.
- Share innovative ideas and best practices regularly with peers and leadership to inspire continuous improvements.
- Commit to personal and professional development within a learning-oriented culture.
- Travel is required approximately 20% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in advertising, marketing, or sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in media sales, digital media account management, or programmatic campaign management and optimization.
- Preferred: 5+ years managing auction-based or programmatic campaigns (e.g., social media, Google Ads, SEO/PPC, ad exchanges, trading desks).
- Experienced in media account management and analytical methodologies such as ROI modeling and advertising analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to deliver data-driven, consultative solutions.
- Excellent time management, prioritization capabilities, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Adept at working autonomously and collaborating across functional teams.
- Experience handling large customers and knowledge of the education or government sectors is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered annual pay range is between $120,000 and $173,000, including on-target earnings. Total compensation may include bonuses, stock options, benefits, and other incentive plans. Packages vary based on individual skills, experience, certifications, and location-related labor costs. The employer is devoted to equitable compensation practices.
