About the Role
Join Casa Services in Alice Springs as a Client Services Rostering & Workforce Capability Officer, working full-time at 38 hours per week. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully by supporting people with disability to lead independent and fulfilling lives through effective workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain accurate workforce rosters.
- Administer leave cover and implement roster modifications.
- Track workforce utilization levels and identify staffing needs.
- Arrange mandatory training sessions and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
- Manage workforce-related data and generate comprehensive reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in rostering, scheduling, or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
- Possession of clearances and licenses relevant to the disability sector.
