Role Overview
As a Client Services Representative at MUTE, you will serve as the primary contact for all incoming enquiries. Your responsibilities include quickly capturing and qualifying potential leads, processing standard product orders independently, and passing on more complex opportunities to the projects team. This role requires excellent organization, responsiveness, and the ability to maintain momentum in the sales pipeline.
Key Duties
- Act as the initial point of contact for all calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Promptly respond to incoming leads and differentiate between online, offline, referral, and existing client inquiries.
- Assess client type, project scale, urgency, and technical needs to appropriately route cases.
- Prepare quotations for standard product offerings.
- Negotiate within authorized pricing limits and independently close straightforward deals.
- Transfer larger or more complex opportunities to the Technical Sales & Projects team, providing full context.
- Liaise with Design and Technical teams for clarifications as necessary.
- Follow up with clients to obtain approvals and payments.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of leads and enquiries in the company CRM or tracker system.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- 1 to 3 years in client-facing roles, inside sales, or coordination, preferably related to interiors, fit-out, furniture, or building materials sectors.
- Excellent, responsive communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining updated records and timely follow-ups.
- Ability to prepare quotations and close simple product sales confidently.
- Experience using CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
Compensation and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. Monthly salary ranges from AED 3000 to AED 4500, depending on experience.
