Job Description
The Client Relations Manager role primarily involves delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inbound calls. Responsibilities include assisting customers in scheduling pick-ups, providing accurate rate calculations, and estimating transit times. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
