About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and meticulous Client Management Executive at the entry level to assist with client servicing, contribute to the execution of campaigns, and ensure all project elements are delivered promptly and to a high standard. This position demands a proactive individual capable of handling both administrative and operational duties with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish by supporting campaign coordination and maintaining clear timelines for on-schedule delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to meet project milestones and ensure deliverables align with scope and deadlines.
- Act as the primary contact for clients on assigned projects, managing expectations to maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients about updates, schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for client meetings with assistance.
- Coordinate with creative teams by briefing them on project needs, deadlines, and client feedback, ensuring outputs match client goals.
- Organize internal reviews and facilitate feedback exchange between clients and creative staff.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and insights, contributing to recommendations for improved future campaigns.
- Support account managers with business operations and undertake other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates from any educational background.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with project management or account servicing is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Google Suite applications.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for engaging effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of handling several tasks and priorities smoothly.
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Keen to learn and grow within an agency setting.
