Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a full-time Client Advisor position at our premier Sydney Flagship Boutique. This role requires an individual who embodies elegance and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will cultivate enduring client relationships while exemplifying the brand's core values and aesthetic. Fluency in English, a keen interest in luxury fashion, storytelling aptitude, and commitment to personalized service are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior in-store experience that resonates with Brunello Cucinelli’s ethos of humanistic luxury.
• Build authentic, long-lasting client relationships by providing tailored styling and wardrobe advice.
• Engage with both local and international customers with cultural awareness and language proficiency.
• Organize exclusive services such as private consultations, wardrobe audits, and previews of upcoming collections.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators through client-centric sales strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's history, values, craftsmanship, and seasonal editions.
• Stay informed on luxury retail trends and customer preferences to offer customized product recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and boutique management to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist in inventory oversight, uphold visual merchandising standards, and maintain boutique presentation to align with brand guidelines.
• Contribute actively to events and trunk shows, enhancing client relationships and brand loyalty.
• Represent Brunello Cucinelli with authenticity, elegance, and professionalism in every interaction.
• Promote and uphold the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship, sustainability, and refined luxury.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally involving both women's and men's high-end fashion apparel.
• Valuable experience in visual merchandising within luxury or premium retail environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities enabling the formation of meaningful client connections.
• Strong appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability, and Italian luxury, with enthusiasm for the Brunello Cucinelli brand.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent styling aptitude, presentation skills, and storytelling capability.
