Position Location and Schedule

This role is based at Great Connell, Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland. Please note there is no public transport access to this location, so candidates must have their own means of transportation. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager to determine adequate staffing levels within the allotted annual budget to maintain a clean teaching environment.
• Develop and maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule covering all indoor spaces.
• Perform daily inspections to verify cleaning standards are met and ensure completion of cleaning logs for each area.
• Manage staff attendance records and timesheets accurately.
• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety protocols.
• Control costs related to labor, consumables, chemicals, and cleaning materials in alignment with budget constraints each month.
• Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess output regularly.
• Deliver necessary training and guidance to cleaning staff.
• Maintain contract cleaning standards and continuously enhance work processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning service delivery and ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and contract terms.
