Role Overview and Duties

This position involves a mix of transitioning cleaning tasks, including move-in, move-out, vacant-unit turnover cleaning, and regular housekeeping services in occupied homes. Cleaners travel independently to scheduled locations, ensuring thorough cleaning aligned with company standards for each property.

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning for rental homes
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning for vacant properties
• Provide routine housekeeping in occupied residences when required
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and common areas
• Handle detailed cleaning such as baseboards, interiors of cabinets, and appliances
• Utilize a mobile app for receiving assignments, navigation, photo uploads, and job updates
• Review cleaning quality before departing to meet company standards
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges
• Travel between appointments using personal vehicle

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience
• Comfortable with both move-in/move-out and routine housekeeping duties
• Own a reliable vehicle for traveling to appointments carrying supplies
• Possess personal cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of running a mobile work app including GPS, photos, instructions, and updates
• Capable of detailed cleaning tasks in kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, appliances, baseboards, and floors
• Can work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to GPS-confirmed schedules

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $32.50
