Role Summary

The Class Teacher is tasked with crafting and implementing developmentally suitable lessons that foster early learning in STEM, literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional domains. Daily duties encompass creating interactive classroom tasks, supporting children during structured and play-based learning sessions, carefully monitoring and recording their development, and ensuring a secure and inclusive classroom environment. The role demands teamwork with colleagues, ongoing communication with families, and active participation in enhancing curriculum and teaching methods. This is a full-time role located on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid educational background, preferably with experience in early childhood or primary education.
• Competence in delivering both structured and play-driven teaching methods.
• Skilled in developing age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive lesson plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with children, families, and staff.
• Possession of a relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related disciplines.
• Experience or familiarity with STEM-based or inquiry-driven early learning programs is favorable.
• Dedication to ensuring child safety, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive classroom practices.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting and tailor approaches to varied learners’ needs.
