Job Overview

The Good Seed (PPP Coffee Group) seeks a dependable Class 3 Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to ensure the secure and timely transportation of coffee beans, outlet stocks, and operational materials to wholesale customers, associate companies, and internal stores throughout Singapore. The role also involves providing crucial support to daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities.

Core Duties

• Execute scheduled deliveries and collections across Singapore for wholesale clients and company outlets, adhering strictly to daily delivery plans and timelines.
• Confirm items against delivery orders prior to departure and acquire necessary proof of delivery or acknowledgments.
• Maintain professional communication at delivery locations, proactively reporting any delivery delays, failures, damages, or inconsistencies.
• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders according to pick lists and documentation.
• Assist with receiving goods, verifying deliveries, sorting inventory, carrying out stock transfers, loading/unloading operations, and supporting stocktaking.
• Arrange stock logically using first-in, first-out principles, ensuring cleanliness and safe working environments within the warehouse.
• Perform daily basic inspections of the company-provided manual-transmission van to confirm operational safety and report vehicle issues promptly.
• Properly secure loads to minimize movement, damage, or contamination during transit while fully complying with traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Support logistics for equipment and event items, managing deliveries and collections, coordinating handovers, and utilizing handling aids for heavy or bulky goods.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, vehicle usage, documents, and expenses; promptly report incidents or logistical problems to relevant parties.
• Provide other logistical, warehouse, or operational assistance as assigned by management, including support during peak periods and seasonal demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with confidence in operating manual-transmission vans.
• Demonstrate a clean driving history with an emphasis on safety and responsibility.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse roles, or order fulfillment is advantageous.
• Possess basic English literacy skills for interpreting delivery instructions and completing required documentation.
• Familiarity with Singaporean roadways and proficiency in using navigation apps.
• Physically capable of lifting items weighing approximately 20kg and utilizing mechanical aids or partnering assistance for heavier loads.
• Punctual, reliable, and meticulous in handling company goods, equipment, and property.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with colleagues, clients, and retail teams.
• Willingness to undergo necessary training and to work beyond regular hours, including possible overtime, weekends, or public holidays when demanded.
