Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a Civil Site Engineer to manage daily site operations for infrastructure projects in Nagothane, Roha Taluka, Maharashtra. The role requires designing, planning, and supervising construction of buildings, bridges, and roads ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance while coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural blueprints and technical drawings using CAD and modeling software.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and site investigations, evaluating project viability and risks.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, construction specifications, and documentation.
• Oversee daily construction activities including foundations, concrete work, and rebar installation on site.
• Maintain quality assurance by verifying work meets design requirements and standards.
• Resolve technical and design challenges promptly during construction.
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with environmental and zoning regulations.
• Manage billing processes: collect information, prepare accurate billing documents, and coordinate with office teams.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
• Monitor use and performance of machinery and equipment, coordinate maintenance, and maintain records of service and downtime.
• Track work progress and machine utilization daily using Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate effectively with site management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Supervise workforce tasks, manage worker accommodation and welfare, and oversee material procurement ensuring cost-efficiency and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and risk assessments to uphold construction safety and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of construction machinery, equipment, and construction management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other related documentation software.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
