Role Responsibilities

• Develop the design scheme and create detailed drawings and BIM models to support project schemes.
• Plan construction programs, sequencing, and resource allocation for civil engineering works.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as structural, geotechnical, traffic, electrical & mechanical, and environmental to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Design and prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint for meetings, public consultations, and coordination activities.
• Create CAD drawings, BIM models, and layout designs for reports and stakeholder engagement.
• Compile technical write-ups and drawings for bid submissions.
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to advance digitalization initiatives within the company.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least three years of practical experience in civil engineering projects.
• Minimum two years of direct involvement in civil infrastructure projects such as roads, site formation, and related works.
• Demonstrated experience working under Hong Kong standards or equivalent requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project), Primavera P6, Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software.
• Professional certification such as Chartered Engineer (MICE or equivalent) is preferable.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Motivation to learn and apply AI technologies.
