Job Overview
Allto Construction Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance our expanding team based in Windsor, Ontario. This role entails comprehensive project planning, estimating, and job management within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits to assess project scope and requirements thoroughly.
- Developing accurate cost estimates and effectively presenting these proposals to clients.
- Overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with plans and quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs and promptly address any concerns.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient work flow and project progress.
- Identifying issues during operations and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary education from college or university.
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) credential with proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, CAD, or equivalent software tools.
- Preferred minimum of five years’ experience in excavation or construction industry roles.
- Strong passion for the construction industry coupled with pride in delivering quality outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and managing complex projects.
- Personable and approachable demeanor.
- Previous management experience considered an advantage.
- Background in customer service or sales is beneficial.

- Competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 to $135,000, dependent on experience.
