Role Overview

We are currently inviting applications for Chefs, including Cooks and Chef de Partie positions, to join our culinary team at Everyman Esher. This role offers an exciting platform for culinary professionals at all levels to contribute to and grow with a dynamic and expanding business culture centered on its people.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets stringent quality standards.
• Prepare menu items focusing on burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain consistent high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in kitchen roles such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Chef de Partie, Cook or similar is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong personality with a passion for food, hospitality, and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment or independently when required.
• Positive, flexible mindset with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
