Chixy Chick 'N' Cafe is seeking a skilled Chef to join their kitchen team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will specialize in continental fast food preparation and contribute to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of continental fast food items including burgers, pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, fries, and more.
• Ensure consistent food quality and adhere to hygiene and cleanliness protocols within the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory by forecasting ingredient needs, coordinating grocery procurement, and alerting management ahead of stock shortages.
• Follow standard recipes strictly and maintain efficiency during busy service periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing continental fast food dishes.
• Demonstrate responsibility, organization, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Additional advantage for candidates with knowledge of preparing Indian dishes such as Dosa and Parotta.

Compensation

Monthly salary range: 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
