Role Overview
Sai Wine & Champagne Café in Osu, Accra, is seeking an experienced Chef to join their team. This position involves managing all kitchen operations and ensuring quality food preparation during the 4pm to 12am shift. The candidate must reside near Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, or Teshi.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to plan menu items.
- Develop recipes and prepare specialized dishes as required.
- Ensure food preparation is completed at the start of each shift.
- Prepare shopping budgets ahead of procurement.
- Perform food shopping at business opening hours.
- Maintain food quality and ensure timely production.
- Update inventory records using the POS system.
- Accurately track food waste and inventory data.
- Carry out regular food inventory audits.
Additional Information
- Salary ranges from GHC 2,000 to 2,500 per month based on experience.
- Salary payments are made monthly on the 15th, covering the previous calendar month.
- Work location is Osu, Accra with a shift from 4pm to 12am.
- Applicants must have a valid bank account, ID card, and SSNIT number.
- Residence within Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, or Teshi is mandatory.
