Job Overview
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team remotely, providing timely and professional customer support via chat. This position involves assisting customers with astrology-related services and ensuring smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer conversations through WhatsApp.
- Answer queries pertaining to astrology services.
- Inform customers about reports, consultation sessions, and promotional offers.
- Communicate politely, professionally, and within expected timeframes.
- Keep chat records updated whenever necessary.
Working Hours
The working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a 2-hour break during the shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient typing skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones or laptops and reliable internet access.
- Effective communication and skills in handling customer interactions.
- Previous experience in chat support or sales would be advantageous but is not required.
