Experience working in fast-paced, dynamically changing environments with rigorous organizational and time management abilities is critical. Technical agility to utilize web-based tools effectively is also required.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Background in business, buying, or finance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Detail-oriented with good prioritization and deadline management
• 3 to 6 years relevant experience in account/vendor management
• 3+ years Excel proficiency
• 5+ years in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting involving negotiations and results delivery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience
• Financial analysis experience including P&L ownership

Preferred Experience

• Handling and analyzing large data sets to enhance performance and processes
• Expertise in vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, promotions, inventory oversight, and product development
