About the Company and Role

Join Amer Sports, a global leader in sporting goods and outdoor performance, home to premium brands such as Wilson, Salomon, and Arc'teryx. Our Melbourne ANZ team in Moorabbin is expanding and focuses on delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

We are looking for a Casual Customer Experience Specialist to work approximately 2-3 days per week from Monday to Friday on an initial 3-month casual contract. This role offers the chance to engage with premium brands and gain practical experience in digital commerce and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and returns efficiently by adhering to established procedures.
• Handle warranty claim assessments and ensure accurate processing.
• Provide customer support through multiple channels including live chat, email, social media, and telephone.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in selecting suitable items.
• Contribute actively to meeting monthly key performance indicators and team goals.
