Job Overview

As a Case Team Assistant (CTA), you will collaborate with a dynamic team, performing analysis and administrative duties. This role offers budding consultants hands-on experience working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced setting, fostering skills necessary for a career in management consulting and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industry trends and convert data into actionable insights.
• Analyze client data to identify critical issues requiring attention.
• Engage in cold calling stakeholders across various distribution channels to gather information.
• Assist the consulting team with routine administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree holders with excellent academic records and strong analytical capabilities.
• Previous internship experience in research or consulting is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work full time Monday through Friday.
• Commitment to a minimum tenure of 2 months.
