Call Center Executive

About the Role

We are currently seeking Hindi-speaking inbound voice process executives to join a prominent customer support organization based in JP Nagar, Bangalore. This position involves handling inbound customer calls and providing solutions, and it offers significant opportunities for career advancement. Both freshers and individuals with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls conducted in Hindi.
• Address customer inquiries by providing clear and precise information.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Record and update customer data and interaction histories in the company’s system.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant departments or teams for resolution.
• Adhere strictly to corporate policies, quality benchmarks, and operational procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• For freshers: Total CTC of ₹20,000 with a take-home pay of ₹18,000.
• For experienced candidates: Salary up to ₹24,000 CTC with take-home pay reaching ₹22,000.

Shift Patterns

• Female employees will work on rotating shifts including 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Male employees will work in rotating evening or night shifts.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in speaking Hindi is essential.
• Basic knowledge of English communication skills is preferred.
