CAD Engineer - Remote Contract Position

This position is for a CAD Engineer working on the ScreenSpot Plus project, involving screenshot capture and UI annotation for CAD applications. The job is a contract role with remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain high-quality screenshots using professional CAD software within authentic and expert-level workflows.
• Accurately and consistently annotate interactive user interface components including buttons, menus, panels, toolbars, and dialogs.
• Compose clear and natural written instructions that describe expert software operations.
• Incorporate feedback during a pilot phase to meet the desired quality standards before advancing to full production.

Required Qualifications

• Practical, professional experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Revit, or Siemens NX.
• Comprehensive understanding of daily workflows and interfaces related to your CAD tools.
• Great attention to detail with the ability to follow precise annotation and screenshot capture procedures.
• Strong written English skills to write clear task instructions.
• Dependable availability of the necessary CAD software for screenshot capturing.
