Role overview
Emirates is seeking cabin crew who can bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every journey. In this position, you will represent the airline onboard, guiding passengers, offering assistance, and helping create a calm and welcoming travel experience.
This role goes well beyond standard service duties. Safety is the top priority, so you will also be expected to take charge of service, security, and safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered at Emirates’ advanced facility in Dubai.
What you will do
You will support customers throughout the flight, respond to their needs, and ensure they receive clear direction and dependable service. You will also play an active role in maintaining safety standards and managing onboard operations.
Qualifications and experience
- More than 12 months of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
- You should have a positive mindset and be comfortable delivering strong service while working with a diverse team and international passengers.
- A minimum of Grade 12 / high school graduation is required.
- Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Applicants must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- Visible tattoos are not allowed while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Cabin crew will be based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits
The pay package has three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
- Base salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours per month
- Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month
The average total pay is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stops are added to salary arrears in the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
