Role Summary
BryceTech is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support executive workflow activities and process improvement efforts for the National Guard Bureau. This role is centered on improving staff action handling, making workflows more efficient, and supporting collaboration platforms used by senior leadership teams.
What You Will Do
- Review executive workflow and staff action management practices, then identify ways to strengthen them.
- Study existing business operations and propose improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
- Help maintain electronic tasking and correspondence tracking solutions.
- Create process maps, workflow charts, standard operating procedures, and performance measurement tools.
- Spot delays, inefficiencies, and opportunities to automate or streamline work.
- Assist with governance activities, records handling, and executive information management.
- Support SharePoint administration, collaboration platforms, and knowledge management efforts.
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare analytical updates for leadership.
- Lead or assist meetings, working sessions, and process improvement efforts.
- Prepare training resources and provide end-user support for workflow applications and business process tools.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a Secret clearance or higher, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a similar discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, management consulting, or organizational improvement.
Applicants must also be able to document and evaluate workflows, build reports and metrics, and use Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint confidently. Strong analytical ability, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Preferred Background
Experience with the Department of Defense, National Guard, Joint Staff, or federal executive environments is valued. Familiarity with executive secretariat work, workflow management systems, ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, SharePoint, SIPRNet, and related task platforms is also a plus. Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other business process improvement credentials are preferred.
