Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-informed decisions throughout the organization. You will collaborate with leaders from Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other divisions to create, manage, and analyze key performance reports, detect trends and risks, and transform insights into strategic business improvements.

  • Create and sustain sales KPIs and performance metrics aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track organization-wide performance.
  • Analyze diverse data sets including operational, financial, customer, and commercial information to uncover insights and identify potential improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support strategic initiatives such as planning, forecasting, resource management, and operational performance.
  • Support commercial operations by analyzing customer acquisition trends, pipeline status, sales conversions, revenue patterns, and associated metrics.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of customers, prospects, and business performance to spot growth prospects and streamline operational efficiency.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence aimed at enhancing business processes, improving customer experience, and boosting organizational productivity.

  • Design user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions offering real-time access to critical business indicators.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning efforts.
  • Identify and advocate for improvements in data-related processes and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and integration of CRM, ERP, and business intelligence systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, data analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of leveraging reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and strong competence in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
  • Preferably skilled with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capacity with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze extensive datasets and translate data into actionable, strategic business insights.
  • Familiarity with forecasting methods and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, data integration processes, and enterprise reporting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to clearly convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
