About the Role

Empathex Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead a dynamic team based in Kolkata. This role focuses on driving team productivity and operational excellence within the fast-paced food delivery or quick commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate team performance, productivity, and attendance metrics.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, coaching, and performance assessments to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with process guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage and promptly resolve escalations and operational challenges.
• Compile and present daily performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee seamless operational flow.
• Inspire and motivate the team towards meeting and exceeding business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles.
• Preferably familiar with processes related to food delivery platforms such as Zomato or Swiggy.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and competent in generating detailed reports.
• Capable of thriving in a rapid and dynamic work environment.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location

Monthly salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000. The job location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
