Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead and expand our sales team, driving product sales through strategic team management and market guidance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a skilled team of advisors.
- Provide training and motivation to enhance advisor performance.
- Lead and direct the team to effectively market and sell products.
- Drive sales growth through active management of advisors.
- Oversee team management and handle team operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Age between 22 and 34 years old.
- Applicants without prior experience (freshers) are not eligible.
