• Transforming business demands into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Engaging with business users, product owners, and IT teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Managing stakeholder expectations with strong facilitation and communication capabilities.
• Conducting gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Utilizing data to inform decision-making processes and supporting Agile testing initiatives.
• Proactively managing time to meet project deadlines independently and with minimal supervision.
