About the Role
The Business Analyst will examine the organizational structures and evaluate processes and systems to ensure harmony between business operations and technology integration. Responsibilities include assessing current business models, identifying customer and stakeholder needs, and defining optimal future solutions to enhance business efficiency. The role demands accumulating and synthesizing information from various channels to drive well-informed decision-making aligned with company objectives.

- Operate independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute in collaborative team discussions.
- Offer actionable solutions to work-related challenges.
- Work alongside cross-functional units to align business goals with technological solutions.
- Document and convey business requirements clearly across all stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Expertise in Business Requirements Analysis, especially with experience in e-Invoicing.
- Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating and refining business processes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modeling business workflows using established tools.
- Experience conducting research and synthesizing complex data for decision support.
- Capability to facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement elicitation and collaboration.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Requirements Analysis is mandatory.
- Role is based in Hyderabad office, Telangana, India.
- Educational qualification requires 15 years of full-time education (equivalent to a graduate level).
