Role Overview

The Owner at SHOWROOM DEFCOL is accountable for managing the daily operations across premium office and showroom properties located in South Delhi. This full-time position requires on-site presence and includes oversight of property presentation, maintenance of facilities and amenities, and engagement with tenants, clients, and service vendors. The Owner actively monitors leasing and sales efforts, manages inquiries, negotiates agreements, and assists clients in selecting suitable commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of property upkeep and presentation.
• Coordinate with tenants, clients, and vendors effectively to maintain service quality.
• Oversee leasing and sales activities, negotiate contracts, and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Supervise staff and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with South Delhi's local real estate laws and documentation requirements.
• Implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and enhance brand visibility.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in managing commercial properties including offices, showrooms, and related facilities.
• Experience in real estate sales and leasing, with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

• Operational proficiency in vendor coordination, budgeting, and basic financial oversight.
• Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for real estate activities in South Delhi.
