Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses crucial for business decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from marketing, product, category management, customer service, technology, and finance to gather business requirements and deliver actionable analyses.

• Conduct thorough analyses to identify new opportunities and provide written business recommendations influencing future directions.
• Integrate Amazon’s core values into daily practice and decisions.

Team Information

The Fresh Growth-CX Analytics team supports Amazon India Fresh’s Marketing and Product teams by delivering analytics, generating insights, and managing reporting tools such as dashboards and review decks. The role includes collaborating with local and global technology teams to execute both long-term and short sprint projects.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in data analytics or automation.
• At least one year in capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in data extraction and pipelining using SQL.
• Moderate to advanced ability with SQL and Excel.
• Experience using data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, or SPSS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R scripting.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including table joins and aggregate analytical functions.
