Role Overview
As a Business Advisor at EQL Financial Technologies Private Limited, you will focus on expanding business prospects by generating leads, securing clients, and nurturing existing relationships. You will identify the financial needs of potential customers and offer customized solutions suited to their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying leads and acquiring clients through proactive engagement.
- Understand and address potential customers' financial requirements with personalized offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational goals and sales targets.
- Study market trends, competitor behavior, and customer input to refine sales approaches and increase effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Between no experience and four years in inside sales or business development across any sector.
- Sound knowledge of business operations, inside sales practices, and understanding of the company’s financial products.
- Strong communication skills for establishing and maintaining robust client relationships primarily via phone.
- A proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets by leveraging effective lead generation methods.
