Equal opportunity and inclusion
DB states that it offers equal chances to all candidates with the same qualifications and actively promotes diversity and collaboration within its teams. Candidates with severe disabilities or equivalent status are given preference when equally qualified.
Benefits

- The company has workplaces in every federal state, including both major cities and smaller towns and communities.
- A market-standard compensation package is offered, typically with permanent contracts, job security, additional extras and a company pension plan.
