Branch Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations at our clinic in Coimbatore, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and quality standards. This role requires effective management of appointment scheduling, patient movement, and operational procedures, alongside addressing patient concerns promptly to maintain a high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinic operations to guarantee seamless functioning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Oversee scheduling and patient flow to maximize efficiency.
• Handle patient issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and manage a diverse team including Front Office Executives, Customer Care, Telecalling personnel, Estheticians, and support staff.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for the team.
• Prepare staffing schedules to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
• Promote a positive, performance-oriented workplace culture.
• Drive sales by achieving monthly revenue and clinic targets.
• Track consultation conversions, treatment package sales, and patient retention metrics.
• Formulate strategies to enhance lead conversion rates and repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize the impact of campaigns.
• Ensure outstanding patient experience and maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements accordingly.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through excellent follow-ups.
• Manage inventory for skincare products, consumables, and clinic supplies.
• Coordinate procurement and relationships with vendors.
• Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and record keeping.
• Control operational expenses and optimize resource use.
• Prepare performance reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases including KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue, patient retention, and staff productivity.
• Provide operational insights and suggest improvements to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• MBA qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in roles related to branch operations, clinic management, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or premium retail.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, hospitals, salons, or wellness centers is preferred.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 to ₹65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based incentives available.

• Workdays are Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
